Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending an email to info@uncomment.dev with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with the return address.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse the purchase price of the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

Warranty & Complaints

All products come with a 2-year legal warranty for defects that existed at the time of purchase. If your item is defective, contact us at info@uncomment.dev with your order number and photos of the defect. For warranty claims, we cover return shipping costs.

For warranty claims, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the defect and what is reasonable.
