Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it—no reason needed.

To return an item, email us at info@uncomment.dev with your order number. We’ll send you return instructions.

We’ll refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your return, using your original payment method. Note: original shipping costs aren’t refunded, and you cover return shipping.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.

Warranty & Complaints

All products have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

If something’s defective, email us at info@uncomment.dev with your order number and description and photos of the defect. For warranty claims, we cover return shipping costs.

For warranty claims, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the defect as appropriate.
